San Francisco holds bounty for you and for me
This post finds me still in San Francisco reveling in every moment, every victory. Below is a little collage of what this week in Sf had to offer me. A lunch-time picnic with a true tigress in Sydney G. Walton Square, flower peeping in Golden Gate Park’s Botanical Gardens, spending quality time with a New York transplant hottie and amazing pie at Chile Pies & ice cream. Chile Pies are most famous for their green chile apple pie with cheddar crust, but do try the chocolate peanut butter AS WELL as the mexican chocolate pecan made with agave. This was a real find for me because my delicate digestive system can’t handle corn syrup.
I also added a new store to the list of fine boutiques that carry Zachary Pryor. The one below is Rare Bird on Piedmont in Oakland. This store looks like someone jumped into Zachary Pryor’s brain and dug out all of his favorite things. Vintage key pendants, feathers, birds everywhere and even a cardboard taxidermy Rhino. Heaven. They picked up my crystal Zebra necklace, my horn and owl dangling earrings and a few other choice pieces. If you are interested in the pieces below please check out their site and contact Erica.
My Thursday in San Francisco brought me yet another new boutique. (Seams on Union) I found this gorgeous little slice of heaven through and friend of a dear friend and am so glad that I followed up. The owner (Stephanie) was so charming and hilarious, as was her associate (Claire) They both had cute dogs, were so engaging with me and picked out some of my very favorite pieces like the two pictured below. (Asheville Wonder charm necklace composed of beads and charms from every city I travel to [right] and peach silk tassel earrings [left]) Seams hosts a little cocktail shopping happy hour every Third Thursday of the month. I didn’t get to attend, but the place is as warm and inviting as your favorite friend’s house so I’m sure it is incredible. You can purchase either of the pieces below by contacting Seams through their website or calling them directly.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
