Foreign Film Tuesday, Red Coral and Blue Druzy

My dear friend Lara and I turned our weekly runs into foreign film day today. We saw Force Majeure and I loved it. I had a glass of wine at Living Room theaters and a salted almond chocolate bar, so that helped the story along quite a bit. I got home and created a few beauties pictured below.
The first is “Medusa’s Blood”.
-Ancient Greek myths tell us that Perseus defeated Cetus by petrifying him with Medusa’s head. The drops of blood that fell from her head into the ocean turned the rock formations and seaweed into gorgeous red corals.
This piece has several tubes of crimson red coral tube beads and glorious ornate gold plated chain links. The chains surround the coral and twisted gold plated links and hang from fine gold plated rope chain with a lobster claw clasp and one more red coral droplet accent. The piece is adjustable from 16 to 18 inches in length.

Next, on the bottom left is “light it up”.
– The druZy crystal in this piece measures over an inch long and has a fantastic deep sky blue tone. It has been electroplated with gold foil.
This beauty hangs on multiple fine gold plated chains with a rhinestone crystal accents and a medium spring ring clasp. It comes adjustable from 17-19 inches in length.

And finally, at bottom right, a darker blue agate, “blue raspberry beret”
-I’ve been holding this one back for a week as I love it soooo much and hate to see it leave my possession. A glorious smoky cobalt blue dyed druzy agate has a gold electroplated bezel coating with ornate vintage gold plated chains. The necklace has a lobster claw clasp and measures 16-18 inches in length with a gorgeous little gold charm flourish in the back.
And finally this beauty is AvailableHere.
